Parking description
Plentiful free street parking for up to 40 cars. This is a public street with no meters. At night time, there is even more parking when other businesses close.
General Rules
NOTE: our event space has a 5-hour minimum on weekends and a 4-hour minimum on weekdays. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. You must also select the Mandatory $40 Cleaning Fee that is required before booking your event. To uphold the cleanliness of our resort, this fee will cover the cost of clean-up and labor following your event.

Entrance gates & outdoor spaces have security cameras. We use cameras to ensure adherence to policies and for safety.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning occurs before and after every event. Private bathrooms can be purchased for upgraded fee.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
