Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis as there are other businesses on the same street. But usually there is room on either side of the street to park. If the street happens to be full, you can park kiddy corner across the street in the open parking lot by the railroad tracks (the lot is north west of the studio).

Rules for Renting Your Photography Studio Booking and Cancellations Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking). Time Usage Rentals should include setup and cleanup time. Overtime will be charged at $50 an hour if the renter exceeds their reserved time. Equipment Use Two Soft Box Lights are available to use at any rental. But if any soft boxes are broken or tampered with you will be charged a fee and if there is refusal to pay for replacement you will be asked to not return to the studio. It is prohibited to tamper with or move fixed installations like lights or backdrops without permission. Cleaning and Maintenance Renters must leave the space clean and return any props or furniture to their original positions. A cleaning fee will be charged if damage occurs or cleaning is excessive. Liability and Insurance Renters required to sign a liability waiver. Proof of Liability Insurance required for rental for professional photographers. Behavior and Noise There is an Airbnb located above the studio, please be mindful of noise limits with large groups and music that is being played. Only 20 people allowed in the studio at once for shoots. Special accommodations for larger groups need to be approved by owner before rental. Prohibited Activities Any illegal activities, substances or use of flammable materials are banned on the property. Pets are only allowed with an additional fee and you must clean up thoroughly to eliminate pet hair afterward. Food and beverages allowed. If alcohol is present everyone in the studio must be 21+. Security and Privacy Security cameras are in use facing the front door. It is NOT viewing anything in the studio. No unauthorized photos of the space itself) Rules for Renting the Event Center for Small Gatherings Capacity Limits Only 49 people allowed max if standing, 36 people allowed max if seated. Booking and Deposits A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Full payment should be made 72 hours prior to the event. Time Frame Include setup and cleanup time in the rental period. $50 an hour charged for additional time if the event exceeds the agreed timeframe. Alcohol and Catering Policies Alcohol is allowed but not provided by the venue owner. Outside catering is allowed and there are are sink, refrigerator and counter facilities for use. Decorations and Setup Decorations that cause damage, like nails, tape, or glitter. are prohibited at the space. No decorations can be put on the walls in any capacity. Noise and Disturbance Noise limits are in place as there is an Airbnb located above the event space. Please be courteous of other renters. Quiet hours are in place after 10pm. Cleaning and Trash Disposal Renters are responsible for cleaning up after the event and disposing of trash properly in designated trash cans in the event space. $75 cleaning fee will incur in case of excessive mess. Damages and Security Deposit Charge a security deposit to cover potential damages. Provide a checklist of conditions to be met for the return of the deposit. Parking and Accessibility Street parking available ONLY for loading and unloading. Parking lot is available kiddy corner across the street from the event venue: 615 11th Street E, Glencoe, MN 55336. Please ensure you communicate parking instructions to your guests. Space is handicap accessible. Prohibited Activities Restrictions are in place for open flames, smoking, or any dangerous activities. Pets or animals are allowed for an additional fee. Liability and Insurance Renters are required to assume responsibility for the safety of their guests. Event insurance will be required for larger gatherings. Security Surveillance system is place facing the front door to protect against theft.
