About the Space
The space is used as a fencing sports club in the evenings and Saturday mornings. Activities like yoga or pilates work well in our space because people stay in place while working out and there is no need for heavy equipment. We have a total of 4,000sq ft of which at least 3,000 can be used by guests. We have an open area with hardwood floors, a lobby, a kitchenette area, and two bathrooms.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
If fencing equipment is used during your event/activity, it is washed/cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Bathrooms and kitchenette are disinfected daily. If tables and chairs are used during your event/activity, they are cleaned carefully and put away until next use. Guests are required to set up and put away their own equipment, food, etc. Trash is taken out inmediately after event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
