This is a great space for looking to host a private, listening party, private birthday party, game night, movie night, or karaoke show. We also have a great look for comedy as well. If you’re a Film student looking to shoot, or do a music video, or even a restaurant scene we are set up to host you!

Health and Safety Measures

Venue is cleaned after each event. Mop is provided, trash attendant is available if needed. Host Is required to clean up all things out of the normal usage, Meaning, confetti, rose, petals, or anything out of the norm of cleaning if guest spill drinks, guest are required to clean that up. WE WILL CHARGE AN EXTRA $200 is VOMIT 🤮 IS PRESENT.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
