Our venue is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness through our dedicated cleaning staff and commercial-grade cleaning protocols. All surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before each event to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for every client. While we handle all deep cleaning and sanitization, we do ask that clients remove all personal items and dispose of any trash in the designated bins after their event. Our cleaning service is included in your rental fee to ensure a consistently pristine space for all our guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
