After every booking, a professional cleaner will thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire home to ensure it is spotless and ready for your arrival. We also ensure that all trash is properly managed—guests are asked to leave their trash in the designated bins, and our team will take care of moving it to the garage or to the curb on trash day. This process helps us maintain a fresh, clean environment so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
