Cleaning Process for GH Designz Studio At GH Designz Studio, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and safe environment. Our cleaning process includes: Before Each Booking: • Thorough cleaning and sanitization of all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and frequently touched areas such as door handles and light switches. • Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as necessary to maintain a spotless appearance. • Art supplies and tools are cleaned and organized for your use (if applicable). After Each Booking: • A complete reset of the space, including disinfecting all surfaces and furniture. • Removal of trash and recycling, with bins emptied and liners replaced. • Deep cleaning of any areas used during the booking, including restrooms and common spaces. Ongoing Measures: • Use of high-quality cleaning products and disinfectants that meet safety and environmental standards. • Routine professional deep cleaning to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness. • Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are provided for guests during their time in the space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
