Our space is a raw industrial warehouse building located in the heart of Red Hook, Brooklyn. The basement unit that we offer gives users an ideal location to carry out their creative thought process to put on special events, pop-ups, photo shoots, music videos, movie shoots/holding, etc. The unit is 5,500 square feet. There is one half bathroom (toilet and sink). A room for wardrobe/changing with racks to hang up clothes. The unit provides heat. There are columns in the middle of the unit that give an industrial look. The floors are smooth concrete. There is a small amount of furniture that can be utilized by users. There are low ceilings. There are many pipes that are run on the ceiling continuing with the industrial look. There is a freight elevator located in the unit that allows transportation of large or heavy items into the unit. This is fully accessible for all users that may need it. The space can be utilized any way you may think of. There are endless possibilities.

The unit is cleaned after each event. We allow 30 minutes to an hour to clean in order to prepare for the next event. The unit is swept, moped and disinfected by our staff. We supply toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, etc.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
