Our thorough cleaning process begins before your event, ensuring that the space is spotless and ready for use. Our team carefully prepares the venue, wiping down surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas, and setting up the space to meet your specific needs. After each event, our team conducts a detailed post-event cleaning, which includes sanitizing all surfaces, floors, and furniture, as well as removing any trash or debris. We are committed to leaving the venue in pristine condition for future events. We also encourage guests to follow our clean-up guidelines, ensuring that all personal items are removed and any messes are promptly addressed. This collaborative effort helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for all who visit.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
