Our unique space has a variety of environments for every professional, gig worker, gamer, small business, podcaster, content creator, artist, privacy and fitness seeker. Make yourself at home in our Commons Room while enjoying a coffee shop vibe. Mix and mingle at the communal work desks, enjoy the large-screen TV, browse our artisan marketplace, and relax on the comfy sofa. The Grown Room offers a chance to recharge on complimentary snacks, coffees, teas, and water while using the hot desk with scenic views of our wooded outdoor event space. The Cultivation Room is perfect for large meetings, presentations, gaming sessions, and group workshops. Next is the Bayville Podcast room, which is an intimate, soundproof, private space for all content creators with lighting and equipment provided. Lastly, we have our wooded event area with a full privacy fence, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining, fitness classes, yoga & meditation classes, or for a quiet moment to recharge and regroup.

Guests are expected to leave their spaces as they were found. Each room is cleaned and disinfected between bookings. All guests have access to outdoor spaces.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
