This versatile space is ideal for intimate gatherings, corporate retreats, photoshoots, and creative projects. With an open layout, coastal decor, and plenty of natural light, this space provides the perfect setting for a wide range of activities. What works well in our space? -Photoshoots & Content Creation: Capture beautiful coastal vibes with abundant natural light, beachside views, and stylish interiors. -Small Gatherings: Perfect for baby showers, bridal events, family reunions, or off-site brainstorming sessions. -Creative Workshops: Utilize the open living space and outdoor decks for inspiration-filled meetings or retreats. Layout & Unique Features: -Main Living Area: An open concept with a cozy seating area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two large sliding doors lead to a private deck with seating, perfect for group discussions or relaxation. -Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy two private decks and a ground-level patio. The upper deck is great for sunset gatherings, while the lower patio offers shaded relaxation with fresh coastal breezes. -Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, are ideal for prep spaces during events or overnight guests. -Amenities: Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide outdoor gear like beach chairs and a grill for cookouts. -Parking: Up to 5 dedicated spaces, depending on vehicle size. Neighborhood & Vibe: Nestled in Surf City, our townhome is perfectly located in a vibrant coastal town known for its small-town charm and family-friendly vibe. Stroll to local cafés, boutique shops, and oceanfront restaurants, or simply take a short walk to the beach. Surf City’s tranquil atmosphere is perfect for both relaxation and inspiration. Logistics & Booking Details: -Capacity: Our space comfortably accommodates small groups of up to 8 people. -Accessibility: The main living area is on the second floor (accessible via stairs). Parking: Up to 5 dedicated spaces, depending on vehicle size. Special Rates: We offer flexible rates for longer bookings and can accommodate special requests with advance notice. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
