Professional Cleaning Team: Our cleaning team uses high-quality, eco-friendly products to clean and disinfect the loft, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. Ventilation: The space is aired out between bookings to maintain fresh airflow and eliminate odors. Regular Maintenance: In addition to post-booking cleaning, the space undergoes routine maintenance to address any wear and tear and to ensure everything remains in top condition.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
