Our building can host a variety of events such as catering, photo shoots, listening parties, sip and paint and so much more! We’re open 24/7 very clean, safe, and private location with a free parking lot that can accommodate over 100 vehicles. We have 2 rooms and a lobby with 80” smart TVs. Both rooms feature fully set up recording equipment and our A room features a recording booth and more space for additional guests, all furniture can be rearranged if necessary

We sanitize and disinfect all surfaces and common areas using bleach and similar cleaning chemicals required by Miami-dade county
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
