Lake Mary's only Pro/Selfie Content Creator Studio is conveniently located in Downtown Lake Mary. We welcome professional photographers needing affordable studio space to shoot models, business headshots, family photos, product photography, brand shoots, graduation pics, awkward photoshoots with friends, cosplay and Ren Faire photo shoots, wedding and engagement photoshoots, and Quinceanera shoots, sweet 16 shoots, etc, holiday shoots, etc. PG only, no nudity. We welcome Influencers that shoot their own digital media or have a production team (podcast set up, multiple backdrops, green screen). We welcome business owners & professionals to record their own selfie content for YouTube, social media, podcasts, vlogs, onboarding videos for employees, digital courses, and training programs. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The studio space was amazing. There was a main studio room, with multiple backdrops, however, the space also included other areas that could be used to take photos. Laura herself was very professional and personable. Before we began, she gave me a walk through of the main studio space, along with the other areas I was able to photograph in. She even suggested a photo idea, which I ended up doing and getting a few good shots. I would 100% be using this space again, and highly recommend it to others.
