About the Space
This video studio works well for podcasts, youtube talking head videos, and more. Space can be arranged with different tables, chairs, plants, objects, etc. Lighting and microphone with mixer included. Video equipment and professional videographer available if needed. The space is 17' by 22'. The space is climate controlled. There is a little office noise as it's semi open to an office space, but this is rarely an issue with our microphone set up, but something to be aware of. Also there is quite office music around the corner, but not very audible in the space. There is one large rug, but some plank flooring in areas. Backgrounds can be adjusted if desired, just need to put it back to original layout when done.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
