Spacious 1000 Sq Ft storefront space that is completely customizable for whatever event you are hosting. There are 4 mounted clothing racks that can be disassembled for events that do not include clothing, multiple pieces of mid century modern furniture that can be utilized or moved, as well as shelving units and a showcase. Security not included. Located in the heart of NYC's Garment District, there are endless options for transit: 1/2/3/A/C/E/N/R/W/B/D/F/M - Food and Alcohol is permitted, but there is no kitchen, so everything must be prepped beforehand. - Speaker is available and DJs are allowed. - Projector available.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each night, normal cleaning happens: sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces etc. After events, we make sure that everything is properly sanitized. so the next guests can enjoy the space without worry.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
