Cleaning Process: We take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic space for all our guests. Before your event, the venue will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared to ensure it’s in pristine condition. After your event, we handle basic cleaning to return the space to its original state. However, we ask guests to kindly: - Dispose of any large waste items in designated bins. - Avoid leaving excessive mess that might require additional cleaning services. If your event has specific cleaning requirements, feel free to discuss them with us in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for you and your guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
