About the Space
Beautiful neutral studio space with tons of props available for use and strobe lighting also available to use. Lots of backdrop options as well as seamless paper and floor drops. There is also a very nice client closet available for use with sizes from NB to women's XL. Sessions with animals, glitter, and other messes are ok as long as they are cleaned up or a cleaning fee is paid to have it taken care of. Light gray walls, white trim, and beautiful lighting in this historic building. We were built as the old switchboard phone company many years ago.

Newborn items are disinfected between uses as well as any client closet items that have been used. High touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfecting wipes between rentals as well
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
