About the Space
Built in 1907, the home we lovingly refer to as the "Lady Anne" has hosted many events to include wedding parties, graduation celebrations, family reunions and milestone anniversary celebrations. This space is filled with historic charm with modern touches. It is truly unique and can be an excellent backdrop for photoshoots or film projects. Please Note: There is a cottage out back that is also available for use. This can also include overnight guests. This space is separate and we ask that you please respect the tenants in this unit if you are not using both for your booking.

We use qualified licensed and insured cleaners to provide thorough house cleaning after each guest. We have checklists that are followed for regular and deep cleanings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
