Located in the heart of Central Florida, our studio features a generous 1,500 square foot shooting area, complete with cutting-edge lighting and equipment to bring your creative vision to life. Whether you're working on a photo or video project, our 25x25 cyc wall and versatile 300 square foot flex room provide the ultimate flexibility and endless possibilities. General Rules
STUDIO RULES
Do not walk on the curve portion of the cyc wall.
Be respectful of the studio space.
Any setup and teardown must occur during your rental time.
Absolutely no candles or fires in the studio at any time.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the studio.
No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval management. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Projects involving smoke must have prior consent from management.
No adult or pornographic photo shoots.
No stunts allowed.
Parking is limited to 8 vehicles in parking spots immediately adjacent to the studio.
Additional parking is available upon request.
Tenant must lock the studio when leaving.
Tenant must abide by Seminole County sound ordinances.
Report any damages, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to management.
The maximum occupancy for the Studio is 20 persons.
EMERGENCY

Furniture can be moved between the three rooms in the building.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned between each rental. If you would like to have the cyc floor repainted prior to your booking, please reach out to make the request. The rate for a cyc floor re-paint is $100.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
