We invite you to celebrate with us for birthday parties, reunions, and other intimate gatherings. Our venue comfortably accommodates 30 to 40 guests, making it ideal for your next event. Enjoy the best of both worlds with our two main areas: a charming covered patio for shade and a private, fenced grass yard with a private entrance. For your convenience, a porta-potty is available on-site, located on the other side of the property. We take pride in having hosted a variety of events, from weddings and children’s parties to memorable birthday celebrations and exclusive music events. Feel free to bring alcohol and play your favorite music; we simply ask that you remain considerate of the atmosphere around you. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
