Please refrain from standing in front of the street during events; kindly utilize our designated outdoor space. A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages. Capacity Limits The maximum capacity for the event space is 50 people standing room only, 30 sitting. Exceeding this limit is not allowed due to safety regulations. Noise and Music Restrictions Events with amplified music or sound must keep noise levels within local noise ordinance guidelines. Loud music must end by midnight, and any after-hours noise should be kept to a minimum. Decorations and Setup Decorations must be approved by the management team and cannot damage walls, floors, or other surfaces. Any setup or teardown needs to be completed within the allotted rental time unless additional time is arranged in advance. Food and Beverage Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Clean-Up Policy Event hosts are responsible for ensuring that the space is returned to its original condition. All trash must be disposed of in designated bins, and personal items should be removed by the end of the event. Failure to clean up properly may result in an additional cleaning fee. Safety and Security Event hosts are responsible for ensuring guests’ safety, including preventing any unsafe behavior. Event hosts must know all exits and inform their guests. Guests are not permitted in the building hallway or basement for any reason. Security personal may be required for certain types of events. Damage and Liability Any damage to the property or equipment is the responsibility of the event host and will result in additional fees. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property during the event. Smoking and Drug Use Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. A designated smoking area is available outside. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Compliance with Local Laws All events and activities within the space must comply with local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Right to Refuse Service Management reserves the right to refuse service or access to the space to any individual or group that fails to comply with these rules.
