At The Cave HQ, we prioritise a clean and sanitised environment for every client. Our meticulous cleaning process ensures that your space is spotless and ready for your next event or photoshoot. Our cleaning process includes: Deep Cleaning: A thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture. Sanitization: Disinfection of high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and countertops. Equipment Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. Ventilation: Airing out the space to ensure fresh air circulation. Regular Maintenance: Routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the studio in top condition. By following these rigorous cleaning procedures, we guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for all our clients.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
