The Kendeja House is a four bedroom home with the “Black Panther Suite” upstairs (1 King and 2 Queen bedrooms) and the downstairs “ Griot King Suite” (a 3 room master suite). The facility is centrally climate controlled with the 2 living rooms and each bedroom sporting a smart TV. 5g Internet provides 200+ high-speed access to all your apps. The patio in the backyard has an 8’ privacy fence around it, a small barbecue grill and outdoor dining table and chairs.

We reserve 24 hours between before and after each booking to allow ample time for cleaning by our maintenance people. There’s a check. Items they need to follow because this is a large house with lots of amenities

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
