The Kendeja House is a four bedroom home with the “Black Panther Suite” upstairs (1 King and 2 Queen bedrooms) and the downstairs “ Griot King Suite” (a 3 room master suite). The facility is centrally climate controlled with the 2 living rooms and each bedroom sporting a smart TV. Xfinity cable Internet provides 200+ high-speed access to all your apps. The patio in the backyard has an 8’ privacy fence around it, a small barbecue grill and outdoor dining table and chairs.

We reserve 24 hours between before and after each booking to allow ample time for cleaning by our maintenance people. There’s a check. Items they need to follow because this is a large house with lots of amenities
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
