Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom mid-century house! Enjoy the pool and large backyard. Only 5 mins to the Strip and The Sphere, 8 mins to the airport, and 6 mins to the convention center. Please note: Excessive noise is strictly prohibited. We prioritize a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise level monitors installed on the property. Speakers are only aloud in the interior of the house at moderate levels. Excessive noise or high volumes will result in immediate eviction without reimbursement. We aim to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property,. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday between 12noon and 2 pm. The pool technician doesn't have access to the interior of the house, he will only be cleaning the pool and will be leaving right after.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
