Driving west to our home toward Ocean Avenue, you have a beautiful view of the Santa Monica palm trees and the Pacific Ocean. We have a front gate that can be electronically closed and secured along with a nice-sized driveway. Our front yard is vast and we have a badminton/volleyball net that can be used or easily taken down depending on the client's needs. We have a second gate to the shade garden that leads to the front door as well as to French Doors to the family room and kitchen. Our home is unique and was architecturally designed by my husband and tastefully decorated by the two of us. We were fortunate to have inherited old-world furniture that we have carefully reupholstered with textiles that are no longer available even in Italy! It is next to impossible to find these materials anywhere these days. There is definitely no other home in Santa Monica like ours. Plus, our location is also very desirable. This is the perfect location for photo shoots, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties (of which we've had tons when our kids were growing up!), and private dinners for any executives or dignitaries who require security and privacy. Business meetings in a resort-like atmosphere would also be engaging for clients. I am including photos of my husband's office/studio is large and versatile for meetings or podcasts. It is heavy-duty Italianate decor. It can be set up as a living room or a studio. Our backyard has a pool with a fountain and is completely private. We are fortunate that no large homes loom over us. There's a veranda in the backyard and plenty of lawn space for any functions to be held poolside. The main floor has a powder room and a bathroom with a shower that is across the hall from our guest room. We have a kitchen and family room with seating for 10 plus a dining room with another seating for 10. The large living room has a unique fireplace and a 1913 Steinway. We also have a veranda with seating for six and two yards; front and back that can accommodate 75 to 80 guests. (a cocktail reception in the backyard with seating for 80 in the front yard (8 tables of 10 or 10 tables of 8.) Our kids have flown the coop and my husband and I would love to host events at our home. (I had the pleasure of travelling the world with Fortune 500 companies from 1976 to 1997 and am very conscientious about ensuring that the client is extremely happy with gracious hospitality.)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
