Our studio is a premier dance facility in the Twin Cities metro area, offers a welcoming space available for rental when not in use for rehearsals and classes. The studio features a spacious 1,480 square foot area equipped with a professional-grade sound system, sprung floors with Marley, barres, and mirrors—ideal for various dance and movement needs. Accessibility and comfort are prioritized, with ADA-compliant features, two gender-neutral changing rooms, and ample natural light streaming through large windows and a garage door that also provides fresh air. Conveniently located, the facility offers free parking and is easily accessible via MetroTransit, making it a practical and inspiring space for creative endeavors.

Health and Safety Measures
Conditions & Cleanup: Leave the space as you found it. The Renter must clean up all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, as well as dust mop the dance floor before leaving. Any damages or failure to clean will incur repair costs and/or a $50 cleaning fee. Kindly note that all attendees and performers must remove street shoes before entering the studio to protect our Marley flooring. Dance shoes or clean sneakers are permitted Please refrain from bringing food or drink onto the marley flooring. Water in sealed bottles is allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
