When you enter the historic Grant Building, you'll be in a tastefully designed coffee bar and café space with seating for up to 20 in the windows, along the main bar and against the long wall opposite the bar. As you walk further in, our open and spacious 1100 square foot yoga studio is just past the café and can seat up to 60 people with tables and chairs that are available to add to your rental. The room has one long white brick wall, dark wood floors and neutral light grey walls throughout -- a blank canvas that goes with any decor you may decide to use. The building has two bathrooms with two stalls in each. Included in the rental cost: café and bar space with seating for up to 20, the studio room for additional seating/activities for up to 60 and the front half of the hallway (including the bathrooms). This building boasts 17 foot high ceilings with the original tin ceiling tiles throughout the main areas, exposed brick along the hallway, and original pendant lights in the hallway as well as many original details throughout that were kept and restored.
