Parking description
Our meeting and event space offers convenient parking options with lots located on both the north and south sides of our building. Guests can access the building through entrances on either side of the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where our team will be ready to welcome them.
General Rules
To ensure a positive experience for all, we ask guests to follow these rules when using our event space. Outside catering is allowed, but we ask that all food and beverages are handled responsibly. Our team will handle all cleanup after your event; however, we ask that you treat our space respectfully and avoid any unnecessary damage. Smoking and open flames are prohibited inside the facility. Noise levels should be kept at a respectful volume to avoid disrupting other activities. Any damages to the property or equipment must be reported immediately, and repair costs may apply. Finally, we ask that all events conclude by the agreed-upon time.

Our team takes pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming event space. After every event, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and high-touch areas, using eco-friendly cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed or mopped, and trash is responsibly disposed of, with recycling practices in place. We also inspect the space to ensure every detail is perfect for the next event, creating a fresh, inviting atmosphere every time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
