To ensure the space remains clean and welcoming for all guests, please follow this cleaning process after your event: Renter’s Responsibilities: 1. General Cleanup: • Remove all decorations, personal items, and supplies. • Collect and dispose of all trash in the designated bins. 2. Floor Care: • Perform basic sweeping of the floor to remove debris. • Please do not mop or clean the epoxy floor — this requires a specific cleaning process that will be handled by us. 3. Trash Disposal: • All trash must be taken to the dumpsters located on 10th Street. Optional Cleaning Fee: • If you prefer not to handle the cleanup, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied, and we will take care of everything for you.
