This space is within a larger visual and performing arts organization. All of that organization's rules must be followed. * As hosts, I am required to attend all events and enforce the facility rules. *Loud music is okay, but only inside of event space. * All guests must sign in and out at the front desk when entering/leaving. * You are responsible for providing a front desk person to handle entry (security release doors), tickets, sign in. *Guests may not wander the building or hang out in common areas except to enter, exit, or use restrooms. Please keep guests in the event space. * Alcohol is allowed, but please drink responsibly. Absolutely no underage drinking will be tolerated. Host reserves the right to cancel event immediately for any violations. * Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or any other activity that generates smoke, vapor, or mist. This could set off fire alarms and sprinklers. * No illegal substance or weapons. * All storage areas are off limits. Anything behind a black curtain is off limits. *rental time incudes setup and cleanup.

Seating and tables may be moved. Other items may be moved with permission, decided on case by case basis. Storage areas are off limits.
