Parking description
There is free public parking in the rear of the building of the building and street parking in the front of the building.
General Rules
House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the café or on the premises.
2. Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
3. Alcohol is permitted but must comply with local laws and requires approval in advance.
4. Music and sound must be kept reasonably to respect neighboring businesses and residents.
5. Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures (no nails, tape, or adhesives).
6. Guests must use provided trash and recycling bins for disposal.
7. The event must conclude by the agreed-upon time, with all guests departing promptly.
8. No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
9. Children must be supervised at all times.
10. Please respect the space and its furnishings—any damage may result in additional fees.
These rules are designed to ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience in our space.

Our Cleaning Process
We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. Here’s what you can expect:
• Daily Cleaning: Our café is professionally cleaned and sanitized every day, with extra attention given to high-touch surfaces like tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms.
• Event-Specific Preparation: Before your event, we thoroughly clean and prepare the space to ensure it’s spotless and ready for your guests.
• Sanitization Stations: Hand sanitizer is available at multiple points throughout the café for your convenience.
• Post-Event Cleaning: While basic cleaning (like disposing of trash) is the host’s responsibility, we handle the deep cleaning after your event to return the space to its original condition.
Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we adhere to rigorous cleaning standards to ensure a comfortable experience for all.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
