Our Spotlight meeting room is the perfect spot to hold a training session, networking event, or bring your team together and includes: Large digital screen with HDMI connection Whiteboard Fast and Secure Wi-Fi Access to premium brew to cup coffee and light snacks from our Cafe Users are welcome to bring in external food or catering for their meetings. Please coordinate with staff if you need to accommodate catering.

Staples Coworking meeting rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and between bookings. Guests have access to cleaning supplies should they need additional cleaning during the meeting or event.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
