Do not book this listing for more than 10 people. 1) The front "Winter Woods" reception room can comfortably seat 6-8 people, has a Smart TV for presentations or ambience, and is open/not private. 2) The "Scandi" room is a conversational 4 seat nook with coffee station. Perfect for casual consultations, small team meetups, and collaborations. There is a half wall, no door, and it is not private. 3) The "Bridgerton" conference room can comfortably sit 6-10 people. This room has a locking door and is private. There is a Smart TV for presentations or ambiance. 4) For events, exceeding 10 people, book our event space under Boutique Event Space for up to 26 people. There is a Keurig one-cup coffee maker, assorted teas, and a water cooler with hot and cold water. There is a hand-washing sink and space to display food/snacks for your guests. No cooking on-site allowed, no Microwave or fridge, no kitchen. You are welcome to bring your food, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery. Our space has a private seven-car parking lot behind the building, and ample public parking out front. The building is handicap accessible.
