About the Space
Residence on 3.5 acres with 2200 ft2 home and beautiful outdoor space with private pond, gardens, waterfall, perfect for small weddings/showers/birthday parties/family picnics/graduations/ photo shoots etc. Events at the house access to full kitchen, 1 bathroom (up to 4 available), sunroom with 75" OLED TV. For up to 25 people there is 1 bathroom available, and up to 4 bathrooms are available at an extra charge (they require opening up bedrooms, see pricing). Ten minute walk to downtown Cary/ 10 minute drive to RDU /PNC arena (Hurricanes hockey)/NC State Fair. Sleeps up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms/ 4 full bathrooms booked separately through AirBNB (message for information). Tables/chair/catering/other needs booked separately (message for information).

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
