About the Space
Based on the second floor of our Rivington st building is our versatile loft space. The space functions as an extension of the lounge and music studio. Please note that it's next to the recording studio. Great for small scale get togethers, celebrations, networking and launch events, or as an add on for the music studio.

General Rules
No smoking in the building, there is a smoking area outside. We can cater but outside catering is allowed. We typically run a bar at events hosted in the lounge. BYOB alcohol is allowed, but you must pay the corkage fee (£10pp). Music must be played at volume we set. Events can run until 11 or 12pm depending on day.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Yes - If desired we can provide (moveable) security cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
