We are primarily a recording studio with a large control room and booth but also are designed for a multitude of content creation. From podcasts to photography as well as video shoots, live events, and much more. Enjoy 2500 sq ft of well-lit space, with unique decor. We pride ourselves on providing a hospitable environment for all of your creative needs. Please ask about additional assistants, video production, or audio engineers.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
