About the Space
Reunion is so versatile with great natural lighting. The space can be used for video shoots, photoshoots, conferences, meeting spaces, private events and buyouts. We have a few areas that can be rented: Full Venue, Main Bar, Courtyard and Rooftop Patio (which is tented and heated in the winter) A unique feature of ours is we 8 rooms that can be used for any out of town guests for overnight stays as well as used for short term use for photoshoots, music videos, etc.

Parking description
Unfortunately, we do not have any on site parking available to guests. But there is a lot of street parking and paid parking lots in the the Historic Five Points area.
General Rules
-Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled starting time and ends promptly at the scheduled ending time. Plan your rental to allow time for set up and clean up. Overtime fees will be charged.
- Catering is allowed. Can provide if our kitchen staff is available on your desired date for an additional fee.
-You are welcome to use all furniture as props, please return everything to its original set up before leaving.
-Smoking permitted outside only, use proper disposals.
- If you would like to rent one or more of the hotel rooms or spaces, please reach out to us directly to provide a custom quote.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras inside of the bar, courtyard and rooftop as well as around the perimeter of the building
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
