The house is outfitted with upscale furnishings, exquisite artwork, a luxury vibe, a gourmet chef's kitchen, luxury cars, wifi, etc. The home is flooded with lots of natural light, hardwood floors throughout & plenty of parking. Centrally located within 20 mins to DC or 20 mins to Baltimore. Nearby Bowie State U, University of Maryland, HCCC, AACC, Naval Academy, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. Make this your next studio shoot backdrop.

The house sits by itself on almost nine acres. It's a very quiet environment inside & out. The house has an open floorplan but still quiet or can be used for sound effects.

General Rules
No smoking of any kind on the premises-inside or out. No incense. No red alcohol/wine. No loud guests. No parking on the grass.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved within the house but wall decorations/art can not.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are only on the exterior of the property-front door, side door, deck & driveway. There are no cameras inside.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The house is professionally cleaned between bookings. Owner is immuno-compromised & Covid conscience. Masks used when necessary. Please do not book if you are symptomatic.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
