We offer a high ceiling, beautiful, open space that welcomes up to 70 guests. Available to you is 609" x 426" of the Hall and 221" x 151" of the Back Office Room. We take great care to ensure that our space is clean, sanitized, and ready for your use. Here's an overview of our cleaning process: Before Your Event: - All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and high-touch areas like door handles, are thoroughly sanitized. - Floors are vacuumed and mopped to ensure cleanliness. - Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies. - Trash bins are emptied and lined with new bags. Guest Responsibilities: - Please remove any personal belongings and dispose of trash in the bins provided. - Basic cleaning, such as clearing tables and wiping spills, is the responsibility of the host.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
