This flexible space can be used for educational purposes, community events, corporate meetings, or creative workshops. We've taken the time to cover all the details so that you can relax and let your creativity flourish in our space! This modern, clean, white space is a blank canvas for you to discover. We offer a high ceiling, beautiful, open space that welcomes up to 70 guests. Available to you is 609" x 426" of the Hall and 221" x 151" of the Back Office Room. General Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Outside Catering Allowed: You are welcome to bring in your own catering for your event.
No Alcohol After 10 PM: Alcohol consumption is permitted only until 10 PM.
Respect the Space: Please ensure all furniture and equipment are returned to their original locations after use.
Noise Levels: Keep noise levels respectful to avoid disturbing neighbors, especially after 9 PM.
Event End Time: All events must conclude by 11 PM, including cleanup time.
No Confetti or Glitter: Use of confetti, glitter, or similar items is not permitted as they are difficult to clean.
Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.
Damages: Any damages to the property or equipment during the booking will be the responsibility of the guest.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are recording cameras at the event venue to ensure safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We take great care to ensure that our space is clean, sanitized, and ready for your use. Here's an overview of our cleaning process:
Before Your Event:
- All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and high-touch areas like door handles, are thoroughly sanitized.
- Floors are vacuumed and mopped to ensure cleanliness.
- Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies.
- Trash bins are emptied and lined with new bags.
Guest Responsibilities:
- Please remove any personal belongings and dispose of trash in the bins provided.
- Basic cleaning, such as clearing tables and wiping spills, is the responsibility of the host.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
