About the Space
Our photo and video studio is located in Franklin, TN and offers a 30' cyc wall and over 35' of natural light. Don't worry, the windows can easily be blacked out as well. The studio also offers multiple sets and shooting directions for your production needs. Lighting grids are also available for use. Bring your own lights or use what we have in place.

Lighting description
We have a large full wall of exposed windows to the outdoor. These walls are equipped with both natural diffusing curtains and black out curtains to suit your needs.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have 3 large baffles on wheels to diffuse room noise and ambient sound. The parking lot tends to be quiet and there is minimal outside noise that bleeds in.

Equipment loading description
We have a direct door to the production space from the parking lot with a small ramp to load in. Entrance ramp is slight as it is just to get over a 3 inch curb.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The only space accessible to booking clientele is the Production studio, kitchen, and bathrooms immediately located next to the studio.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Security system is inactive during business hours. After business hours we have door sensors, motion sensors, and a camera for monitoring in the front lobby.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our offices are deep cleaned every weekend and thoroughly checked and cleaned throughout the week. Most bookings have a deep clean in between.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
