Here’s what you can expect regarding our cleaning process: Before Your Arrival: The suite is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking. High-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, the massage table, and equipment, are thoroughly disinfected. Fresh linens and disposable coverings are provided for the massage table as needed. During Your Booking: Cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and trash bags) are available for your convenience. Please clean up after yourself during your booking to maintain the space for the next guest. After Your Booking: Our team will sanitize and reset the suite to ensure it’s spotless and client-ready for the next rental. We ask that all personal belongings, food items, and trash be removed before you leave. Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
