The Exchange is our largest and most versatile conference room, designed to accommodate various setups based on your needs. Choose from a large conference table seating up to 18, a workspace setup for 20 individual workspaces, or a stadium-style layout with seating for up to 30. A buffet table for food and beverages is available upon request. Team Rooms: Fit 8–20 participants, great for workshops, strategy sessions, and collaborative events. Event Space: Accommodates 50–150 guests, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and 280-degree views of downtown Asheville with a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Common uses include: team off-sites, public workshops, yoga and wellness classes, creative productions, sound baths, photoshoots, and more.

Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process We prioritize cleanliness and safety in all shared spaces: All rooms are cleaned and reset between bookings. A deep cleaning is performed each Friday. Our cleaning procedures adhere to current state and county public health guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
