The Exchange is our largest and most versatile conference room, designed to accommodate various setups based on your needs. Choose from a large conference table seating up to 18, a workspace setup for 20 individual workspaces, or a stadium-style layout with seating for up to 30. A buffet table for food and beverages is available upon request. Team Rooms: Fit 8–20 participants, great for workshops, strategy sessions, and collaborative events. Event Space: Accommodates 50–150 guests, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and 280-degree views of downtown Asheville with a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Cleaning Process We prioritize cleanliness and safety in all shared spaces: All rooms are cleaned and reset between bookings. A deep cleaning is performed each Friday. Our cleaning procedures adhere to current state and county public health guidelines.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
