In compliance with New York City’s health and sanitation regulations, we have implemented a comprehensive cleaning process to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests: • Pre-Event Cleaning: Before each event, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning, including the disinfection of all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas, to meet the standards set by the New York City Department of Sanitation. • Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we conduct a detailed cleaning to prepare the space for future guests, ensuring compliance with local health guidelines. • Sanitation Supplies: Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are readily available throughout the venue for guest use, promoting personal hygiene in line with city health recommendations. • Waste Management: We adhere to New York City’s waste disposal regulations by providing appropriate receptacles for trash and recyclables, ensuring proper separation and disposal to maintain a clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
