Disinfection Protocols: All high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, railings, and furniture, are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning agents. Our cleaning staff is trained to follow strict sanitation guidelines to minimize the risk of contamination. Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the event. We ensure that soap dispensers are filled, paper towels are stocked, and hand sanitizers are readily available for guest use. Floor Care: Our floors are meticulously cleaned and sanitized before each event. Depending on the type of flooring, we utilize appropriate cleaning methods to ensure they are spotless and safe for guests. Ventilation and Air Quality: We prioritize fresh air and good ventilation throughout the venue. Windows are opened, and air circulation systems are regularly maintained to promote a healthy indoor environment. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, our cleaning team conducts a comprehensive cleaning and sanitization process. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
