The Creative Suite at Sonder Exchange is a dynamic 244 sq. ft. space designed for innovators, creators, and professionals who need a private yet inspiring environment. Whether you’re hosting a small team meeting, recording content, or offering personalized services, this suite is equipped to meet your needs. With seating for up to 12 people, two tables, and 12 chairs included, it’s perfect for intimate brainstorming sessions, beauty services, or creative collaborations. A smart TV provides seamless connectivity for presentations, mood boards, or live editing, while direct access to the full-service kitchen and restrooms ensures convenience for you and your guests. What truly sets the Creative Suite apart is its versatility. It includes a fully equipped barber station with a chair, hair dryer, mirror, and storage, making it an excellent space for hairstylists, barbers, and beauty professionals. Additionally, the suite comes with professional photography equipment (minus the camera), allowing photographers and content creators to capture stunning visuals in a controlled setting. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. The cleaning includes: - Sweeping and mopping of all floors (main space, kitchen and bathrooms) - Cleaning of all surfaces (countertops, prep tables, tables and chairs) - Cleaning of all mirrors - Vacuuming of all mats

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
