Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest enjoys a fresh and welcoming environment. Between events, a professional cleaning service thoroughly cleans the space to maintain its pristine condition. This includes: Sweeping and mopping all floors Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches, countertops) Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchenette areas Ensuring all furniture and decor are properly wiped down and arranged Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable setting for your event, and we ensure the space is in top condition before your arrival. Additionally, guests are responsible for basic cleanup during the event, and we provide trash bags and cleaning supplies to make this process easy. After your event, a final check is performed to ensure the space is ready for the next booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
