We offer a bundle of creative services as well — such as private photography and make-up, while specializing in renting out fully furnished lofts that are both unique and innovative. What you will have access to: - High Speed Internet - Fully furnished just as shown in the photos -Extremely quiet area perfect for interviews, documentaries, meetings, and the like. - Beautiful assorted plants that you can (carefully please) move around and use on set. - Yes, all the furniture pieces you see in the photos are available, movable, and usable. (Please take photos to reference placement at the end of your booking) Parking: We also have plenty of free street parking in the area. Overtime: Please note that overtime is billed in 1hr increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions. LLC COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: - PPE Equipment is provided to the cast and crew - Please wear your mask at ALL times unless you are a talent on camera - Crew and cast must stay at least 6ft, no exceptions Please limit your attendees in the space - There is one restroom available at the facility. Soap and paper towels are provided at all times. - Please let us know if you are feeling sick we are happy to push your reservation. hat your setup/wrap up time has to be within your booking period. We must leave some buffer time to disinfect the area entirely for the next booking. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
